Follow the simple steps below and you’ll be on your way to your new favourite workout.
to book your chosen class follow these 4 simple steps!
1. Click “BOOK A CLASS”
2. Select the casual class you would like to do.
(It’ll have the class name and then CASUAL next to it. Ie. “Splits Casual”)
3. Select your DAY & TIME (at the bottom)
4. Input your DETAILS.
AND You’re DONE, Super quick and easy!
You’ll then receive a confirmation email and a reminder sms a few days prior.

Please note: all casual classes have a 12 hour lock out period so it is important to book in advance.
